Today I hoped to change things up a bit and introduce some SmartBoard activities to the groups.
I found a few Geography activities, but the lessons weren't very successful. The first group did ok with them, and seemed interested in working on the board, but the second group (much bigger) moaned/groaned a lot because only one student could work on the board at a time.
The board also seemed to go out of alignment for no reason frequently which was frustrating.
Worse yet, the activities suddenly stopped working- it seemed the network was not available, so the links weren't working.
I had a backup plan and went back to iPod applications, introducing 2 more new applications, but by then I'd lost the group's interest and it was hard to pull their interest back.
Hey mrs lloyd i really wish the smartboard thing would of worked but i really love all these apps we are using i use them a lot this is a great class activity to do its one of my favorites if not my favorite i hope we keep doing this mrs lloyd and i hope nobody ruins it
